Dude, I don't know what you have against Ronaldo that you put him twice in the last two as if he's the worst, but both instances have no place in this list.
First, Ronaldo's handball wasn't cheating. It was an act of frustration, it wasn't sneaky, he didn't pretend for a second that it was legal, and it was called off immediately. For comparison, Messi's handball would have won him the league had Tamudo not equalized in the 89th minute, Henry's handball sent him to to the World Cup, and Maradona's handball, well…
Second, of course Ronaldo dived against Germany like a sack of potatoes. However, it was outside the box and a foul wasn't given. You have 6 dives on your list: Kane and Suarez got a penalty, Ramos, David Luiz and Alves got the player sent off, Immobile's dive was just good comedy, but Ronaldo's dive was outside the box, and he didn't even get a call. There are countless instances like this every season, and even Ronaldo had much worse dives than this one.
