  1. Christian Atsu, reserved a plane ticket for Sunday – 21 pm back to France to see his family (the match day).
Because he was not getting enough minutes to play, he wanted to leave.
And finally a chance was given to him, he played and scored a last minute goal from free kick.
He became too happy, and cancelled the plane ticket for that night and instead went to his friend Adekugbe's house to spend some time and celebrate the victory.
He left Adekugbe's house 1 hour before the quake happened.

If he did not score that goal, he would leave with the plane he reserved to France that same night.
or if he stayed 1 more hour at Adekugbe's house, he could be alive now.

He dedicated his life to African children, and his last goodbye was Victorious.
    RIP Christian.

  2. RIP to Christian Atsu! He was found dead in the earthquake rubble today! The man they found alive and recovering in the hospital was NOT Christian Atsu! What a cruel turn of events! My condolences to his family!
