  1. Congrats ladies ❤And thank you Julie for all you've done. Godspeed on the next phase of your journey. // The front line is (and has been for awhile) the weak link and it would have been nice to see something different. Alex Morgan deserves respect and appreciation, but age happens to us all and it's past time to move on. Additionally, Rodman has been given more chances than anyone deserves. It's past time to give some other players an opportunity, and I don't mean just sub them in at the end of the game. Yes, they beat South Africa, but it should have been by 6 or 7 goals. Had this been Sweden, England or Spain I expect the U.S. would have lost (or tied because defensively the U.S. is solid). I'm seeing the same level of performance that's been happening for the past year or so and it boils down to a weak front line. There is so much talent on the bench and I do not comprehend why they keep sticking with the same players who are not performing. It was great that Williams got a chance to play and she made a difference. See what changing things up can do! If it isn't working you have to try something different and this isn't working, so try something different. This looked like what Vlatko would have done and that clearly wasn't (and isn't) working. I hope the next coach has a better plan. Don't hire Kilgore, she just seems like Vlatko 2.0. And again, best wishes Julie Ertz. May life continue to bless you with happiness.

  2. Their second goal was pure old USWNT school of football that we are used to seeing. The selection of Casey Krueger was the right one. You have in Casey both a great defender and a superb winger. Those crossings she made in this match were great. My feeling is that this football team performs better with a female coach.
