This is the norm in most top football leagues outside the top 5, and not in North America. Personally I think it looks cool, but there’s also been some really bad things that have happened due to this culture, I mean a lot of people have died, whether it was directly because of the game, or indirectly because of the culture, I’m pretty sure it was Indonesia, or another south East Asian country, where they have a very similar football culture to South America strangely, and like 30 people died last year during some stampede or something.
—like normally it looks cool, and for the most part is safe, but this doesn’t happen in the top 5 leagues because the regulators understand that people can die directly or indirectly because of this the culture, and people have died in the top 5 leagues before, so it’s way more tame nowadays in those leagues.
