This guy doesn't call fouls from the outset, then he's scrambling towards the end of games flashing cards like a lunatic because the game is out of control! It was clear what Mexico was trying to do once it was TRES A CERO, but as usual he just let it build up until it was a figurative riot on the pitch! I hope that when CONCACAF reviews the footage he isn't allowed to ref a match again!
