  1. 12:00 I like this world you guys live in, but Tyler can't distribute from deep as a solo 6 at this current point of his career. You need to free him to destroy the other team further up the pitch, and find our attacking players in those transition moments.

  2. Netherlands and Senegal spell doom for both England and USA. But anything can happen in a knockout round. Gregg needs to go regardless. His in-game management is too poor. When something isn't working, he doesn't make a change. He makes planned subs.

  3. I have a question for I guess Charlie. Or at least one for him to ask on Weds.

Will George Weah, former Ballon D'Or winner and father of Tim Weah, be in Qatar to watch his son play? Because his son is about to play in a WC, something George never did.

  4. Keeping track of their roster predictions, all 3 agree on 24 players and their differences are:

Jimmy – Reggie Cannon and Luca de la Torre
Heath – Malik Tillman and Luca del la Torre
Charlie – Malik Tillman and Jordan Pefok

  5. I think a coach can go two cycles, look at Joachim Loew with Germany. He won the World Cup in his 2nd cycle. Same thing with Didier Deschamps and France. I don't think it should necessarily be one cycle for each manager.

  6. I literally have nightmares of the US being up a goal with 5 minutes to go and then Bale scores two goals in last five minutes and we go home…just ask yourself given a half chance at the WC who on the USMNT would you have more confidence in the Bale?? yeah no one…

  7. I hope he takes Scally but GGG is going to take Canon because he can play him in a back three.
Based on recent News stories GGG is going with 4 Centerbacks. No McKenzie, Ream is coming. If he takes Canon that gives him another backup for Centerback too.

  8. I hope GGG re-learned not to force the team to play out of the back. He learned that lesson when we lost 3-0 to Mexico in the Gold Cup Final and he changed. Why he went back to forcing that against Japan and Saudi Arabia, don't know.
Hope he has finally learned his lesson permanently to not do that.

  9. There is something about having to prove yourself to a new manager. When you are coming back in to the same coach for a follow up World Cup I don't think you have to try as hard to impress the coach because they know you. That is why the 2nd run with the same coach usually does not go well.
