  1. No. Soccer was called soccer when the british decided to take the “a” off of “asoccer” which was what they called the game. It was an abbreviated term for “association of football”, the first ever name of the game. The british called the game “soccer” first, but dropped it later on, while the U.S. did not.

  4. I get angry because in football you use your foot for most of the game. The only time hands are allowed is when the goalie touches it or when the ball goes out of bounds. But in American Football you kick it like 2 times and then run with it.
