  1. I know why this guy used Cristiano here
bcz he knows anything related to Cristiano brings more views likes shares.
this man knows the game just like Jamie Carragher he was unknown to world before Cr7's return to Man United

  2. Well illiterates don't know anything about muscles. They only know how to shit in social media. If you have ever seen Ronaldo play, his body faints, speed, footwork, skills. Its all because of muscles. Muscles increase agility and is one of the reasons why a 6 ft 2 inch tall player like Ronaldo has been so successful in every aspect of football

  3. U could see some belly hangin out on neymar. Muscle is preferable to fat and mass is also important because football is very physical and u need to be solid on ur feet. What ur saying here is major garbage. And I know since I play for 10 years now.

  4. The second picture has fat which is useless. Your everyday sports player shoulder look like Ronaldo who is super light and quick on his feet and has good endurance. But if you are playing basketball or football, you can be 220 pounds 6'5 because as long as you are strong enough to run at a decent pace. You will beat everyone. There is no way your average american who has very little muscle and high fat no abs or core strength will win against someone who is strong and fit. Im sorry but you wrong.

  5. As a soccer player myself, who also wants to gain muscle and be as big as possible, you are so right on this. In another short of yours you said that adding muscle mass is like adding a weighted vest to you, why would you ever do that at the expense of speed. That being said, some players, due to the way they play and their physicality, will benefit from some muscle mass, such as Ronaldo , Goretzka, Traore, Lewandoski, etc….
